The special ₹999 offer is available to students who have successfully completed at least one eligible course through the MCBS, IIIT Delhi platform and hold a valid course completion certificate. Students will need to upload their certificate during registration for verification.
MCBS, IIIT Delhi is the institution/platform through which the eligible courses have been offered. UnsaidTalks is collaborating with MCBS, IIIT Delhi on the Industry Mentorship Program and the associated Job Fair initiative.
You may be eligible if your completed course falls within the eligible courses covered under the collaboration and you have a valid course completion certificate. Certificate verification will be required before your enrolment is confirmed.
The offer is applicable to students who have completed an eligible course through the MCBS, IIIT Delhi platform. The final list of eligible courses will be determined by MCBS, IIIT Delhi. If you're unsure whether your course qualifies, you can submit your certificate for verification.

UMP (UnsaidTalks Mentorship Program) is a 4-week self-paced industry mentorship program designed to help students transition from theoretical course learning to practical, industry-relevant skills. Created by experienced mentors from top tech companies, UMP combines recorded mentor modules, hands-on coding assignments, real project activities, hackathons, and a student community to build verifiable skill proof and unlock direct eligibility for the Job Fair.
UMP is designed as a 4-week program. Students will have approximately one month to complete the required learning, recordings, assignments and activities.
Yes. The program is 100% self-paced, allowing students to complete recorded learning modules according to their schedule within the program period. There will also be structured activities, challenges and recorded mentor content during the journey.
The associated session recordings and tasks are expected to require approximately 12–15 hours of effort in total. You should also set aside additional time if you choose to participate actively in challenges and hackathons.
The program focuses on helping you become more industry-ready through a combination of:
  • Structured roadmap & industry-aligned curriculum
  • Practical coding assignments & real-world projects
  • Recorded mentor modules by senior engineers from tier-1 tech companies
  • Hands-on hackathons & live coding challenges
  • Peer community support & interview preparation
You will receive high-quality recorded modules created by industry mentors during your UMP journey. These sessions are intended to help you review core concepts, identify gaps and get guidance on what you should focus on next.
The recorded modules and assignments are created by working industry mentors associated with UnsaidTalks.
Watching the recorded modules and completing assignments is an important part of the UMP experience, and students are strongly encouraged to complete all of them.
Students who successfully complete the required components of UMP will receive the applicable program completion recognition/certificate from UnsaidTalks, subject to the program's completion criteria.
It is a planned 2–3 day Job Fair initiative being developed in collaboration between MCBS, IIIT Delhi and UnsaidTalks. The objective is to give eligible students an opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities and interact with companies for potential hiring opportunities.
The first Job Fair is currently planned for December 2026. The exact date, venue and schedule will be communicated once finalised.
The current proposed pathway is for students who: (1) Have completed an eligible MCBS, IIIT Delhi course; (2) Have successfully completed the required UMP components; and (3) Meet the participation/selection criteria communicated for the Job Fair.
Students who successfully complete the required UMP components will be considered for/invited to participate in the Job Fair, subject to the final eligibility and participation criteria.
No additional Job Fair registration fee is currently planned for eligible students participating through this pathway. The ₹999 UMP enrolment is the applicable fee for the special MCBS, IIIT Delhi learner pathway.
The Job Fair is planned as a multi-day event where students can participate in activities such as:

Yes. The current plan includes a hackathon on Day 1 of the Job Fair. Student performance in the hackathon can form part of the overall evaluation used to assess candidates.
Yes. The preparation pathway includes online hackathons during the UMP period. All hackathons and coding challenges are included as part of your UMP enrolment at no additional fee.
The participating company list has not yet been finalised. UnsaidTalks will work towards bringing relevant companies to the Job Fair, and confirmed company details will be shared with eligible students as they become available.
Potentially, yes. The proposed model is to provide participating companies with student profiles based on factors such as: previous MCBS IIITD course performance, UMP performance, and hackathon performance.
Companies can evaluate student profiles based on their performance throughout the pathway, including previous course performance, UMP performance and hackathon performance. Companies may then shortlist relevant candidates for interviews based on their hiring requirements.
No. The Job Fair provides an opportunity to interact with companies, but interviews will depend on company requirements, student profiles and performance.
No. Participation does not guarantee a job offer. Companies will make their own hiring decisions based on their requirements and assessment of candidates.
Your performance can be evaluated through the assignments, activities, challenges and other components that form part of the UMP to understand how well you applied what you learned.
Yes, it may. The proposed Job Fair model considers student performance across the MCBS, IIIT Delhi course + UMP + hackathons when building profiles for participating companies.
Hackathon performance may form part of your overall profile and evaluation alongside previous course and UMP performance when profiles are shared with companies.
Completing the program is important, but performance can also matter. If your performance is weaker in certain areas, the experience helps identify gaps. Job Fair shortlisting will depend on selection criteria and company requirements.
Not getting selected by a company does not mean the preparation was wasted. You'll still have the skills, projects, assignments, mentorship experience and learning from the program that you can continue building upon.
